• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

Project Timelines and Delays

• Project timelines depend on client cooperation and timely delivery of content.
• Delays caused by the client (missing content, slow feedback, lack of communication) may extend deadlines.
• Pixelly Agency is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

Revisions

• Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the project scope.
• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and credentials on time
• Ensure they have legal rights to all provided materials
• Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner

Intellectual Property

• Final project ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment is completed.
• Pixelly Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Hosting and Maintenance

• Hosting services are provided through third-party providers.
• Pixelly Agency is not responsible for outages, downtime, or failures خارج our control.
• Maintenance includes updates, backups, and basic security only.

No Guarantee of Results

Pixelly Agency does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.

Limitation of Liability

Pixelly Agency is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Downtime caused by third-party services
• Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
• Ongoing services will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle.
